I’m Wendy, Mum to two beautiful kids (8 and 10 years old), counsellor, parent mentor and mental health advocate. I love supporting and empowering Mums’ to be the best version of themselves. I also love yoga, crystals and being creative.
I am passionate about helping Mums move from yelling, arguing, stress and overwhelm to feeling aligned, calm and good about how they are showing up and knowing that they are being true to their values and beliefs. As mums’ we are so used to putting everyone else’s needs before our own, that to even consider putting ourselves first makes us feel incredibly selfish! Once we learn that it is not selfish but essential in order for us to be the best Mum and person we can be, we can really see things start to change.
I offer a range of support services to fit in with your life. From parenting programs, short courses, one to one sessions and providing an online emotional health tool for teens, I love being able to serve Mums and young people in a convenient but meaningful way.
