Hi there Mums! I’m Melissa, Women’s Health Coach, Remedial Massage Therapist and Owner of Fearless Health.

I’m on a mission to support women to heal their relationship with food, exercise and their bodies. These relationships have been ruined by strict workouts, eating plans and shame for not doing enough. What is enough anyway? I created fit and fearless so that I can inspire women to become informed about their health to ease the fears keeping them in pain or from participating in life.

If you said YES to any of the above, I’m the Personal Trainer for you. I provide a safe space to explore exercise around challenges we experience as women. I take a caring and gentle approach to bring a positive mindset to yourself and your body.

  • 30 Minute Strength Training Workout Plan Released Monthly
    Using dumbbells and resistance bands, I create simple strength training workouts that build your booty, a strong core and boost energy. 30 minutes, twice per week is the minimum commitment of the program with coaching to support sustainable lifestyle change.
  • Workout from the comfort of your own home.
    No travel time, no childminding and no fancy active wear required. Come as you are and be supported.
  • Learn about health issues unique to women.
    Our program is tailored to suit the needs of women and educating you about your body helps you advocate for your health and feel empowered to move with confidence.
  • Connect with a cheer squad of women.
    Our Closed Facebook community is a great place to gain support and ask questions along the way.
  • Modified Workouts are the norm around here
    As women, we face health challenges, significant physical (and mental) changes as we move through important life stages like pregnancy and post natal recovery. We also deal with injury, surgery and body changes so there is a range of exercise modifications available to you. I want to make sure you know that peeing yourself during workouts doesn’t have to be the norm and I can provide you with a great workout without the embarrassment.

I have created Three Options to work with me so you can start feeling strong, confident and capable in your body again.

  • Self Paced Program – $49 per month – Complete the new monthly workouts at your own pace with video recordings and coaching support.
  • Group Coaching Program – $99 per month – includes access to 2 live workouts per week on Tuesday and Thursday at 7am.
  • Personal Training Program – $239 per month – includes 2 individual Online Personal Training/Coaching Sessions per month, on top of access to all other benefits.
