Hi, my name’s Kim and I’m a career counsellor for high school students and their parents. I help demystify the process around subject selection, calculating ATARs and applying for tertiary study, empowering you and your teenager to discover their dream career and map out the pathways to get there regardless of their ATAR.

I know that you want the best for your teenager. I also understand that it’s hard to know how to best support them through the final years of school when the system seems so complicated. While schools do their best to explain how it all works through information nights and school handbooks, it can feel pretty overwhelming and even confronting when you’re given a whole lot of information and acronyms that seem to hide the key to your child’s future.

I want to take you behind the curtain and answer all your questions about how the system works so that you can feel confident supporting your child to explore their options for beyond school. In this way, we can empower them to make informed choices about their future and discover a range of ways to get there, removing so much of the pressure around exams and results.
